Business workshops using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology adds a new dimension to company workshops. They are uniquely designed to foster critical thinking, favour active participation, and help in the search for creative team solutions.

During the workshop, participants are guided through a progressive series of challenges, each building on the last.
 

Each participant creates their own LEGO® 3-dimensional model as a response to a unique challenge. These models then serve as a basis for collaborative group discussion.
 

As the group discusses their creations, they also exchange insights and generate novel ideas for problem-solving. This conversation encourages rationalizing decision-making and positive communication.
